Medical Services....

All of you had experienced the services which are supplying by the government of Sri Lanka. But all of you don't have a pleasant experience with the service you got.
Still Sri Lanka considered as a developing country. That defines, most of the people living in here are not wealthy. Every person has essential needs to survive in the world. Such as food, water, shelter and etc. When people try to fulfill these needs, they are getting sick and have to face accidents. Some people born with diseases. All of these things can short the life time of a human being. In order to get well, they have to consult a doctor, take medicine and sometimes they need to have surgeries.

In foreign countries every person has a life insurance and when they admit to a hospital insurance take care of the bills. Back to the previous point, people who live in a developing country like Sri Lanka cannot afford an life insurances. Not every person in the country, I meant the majority. So they have to go to the government hospitals. Because in Sri Lanka , people do not have to pay the toll for the hospital. In simple words it's a free service.
Let's consider the medical service of Sri Lanka. Actually, it has every latest facility and very talented human resources .But the problem is patients have to wait for their turn. Because of the poverty in here, there are lots of people are on the waiting list and they are waiting for their turn. Sometimes people who are in critical conditions, couldn't make it for their turn.
Who should responsible for their lives? Actually, it's hard to answer. Leave an answer comment with your idea on this question. Most of the people do not give good comments about the crew of a hospital. When I ask why? all of them said, nurses are always yelling towards people and doctors do not pay attention to patients. But when they channel them in private hospital, they are more talkative and pay more attention to the patients.

See how silly these answers are. If doctors ask your symptoms and make the correct decision and give the correct medicine, why should we except kind words and more attention from him or her. I agree some nurses do not speak in friendly manner. We are not going to live with them. We just came to get medicine and go home. That's all. Actually, there is a problem with the attitudes of the patients.
We all are humans. Think if you have to do the same work till you off. It won't be easier and at the last part of your duty period, you are very tired. Same thing happens to them. So, they would be yelling at you, just do not get upset. Empathy is the key to your uncomfortable moments.
